Nechelle began her makeup career over 28 years ago in the US beauty industry, working with major cosmetic brands. Her expertise spans editorial, red carpet events, music videos, and CD covers. Nechelle's passion for skincare and makeup led her to Jane Iredale, where she serves as Global Makeup Artist, influencing shade expansions and featured in WWD, Essence, American Spa, Women’s Health, Byrdie, and Elite Daily. She joins us as a special guest from the USA!
Lorraine brings over 30 years of industry experience, traveling globally to research innovations and educate skincare professionals. She serves as a Senior Clinical Nutritionist at a London clinic, authored "Food for Thought," and holds Fellowships at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, British Association for Nutrition and Life Science (BANT), and Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Her passion for nutrition and skin health makes her a sought-after speaker at major conferences. Lorraine joins us as a special guest from the UK.
Global educator and speaker about all-things-beauty, Mandi has called this industry home for 18 years. A CIDESCO trained therapist at heart, Mandi has managed salons on Madison Avenue in NYC, developed and trained custom protocols for five star spas across 9 countries, and worked as the International Education + Sales Director for cult brands Herbivore Botanicals and Dr. Hauschka USA. Now home in Australia, she oversees three innovative global brands as the National Education Manager for MargiFox Distributors.
