My expertise spans over 30 years in Marketing, Sales and Operations, working in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia in a wide variety of business sectors, including Consumer goods, Banking and Franchising. My inquisitive passion for consumer and industry insights is demonstrated through a proven innovation track record.

Known for being a motivating leader and change manager, my emphasis lies in growing talent and teams with the capacity to deliver. I look forward to immersing myself in the world of skin health and being a part of our stockist’s success as we deliver such reputable brands with proven results to the Australian consumer.

After work, you’ll find me on the beautiful beaches along the Sunshine Coast, playing golf or catching up with friends and family.

I started at Margifox Distributors back in 2013 as the Operations Manager and have continued in that role to date. I have enjoyed watching the business grow in many facets over the years due to the driven and focused staff within the Margifox Distributors team.

Every day is different in the office, which allows for growth and competencies with problem-solving and decision-making.  

All of the brands that we distribute have grown tremendously thanks to the continued teamwork.

When I’m away from the office I enjoy everything that the Sunshine Coast’s outdoors has to offer with my family.

I started my Margifox Distributors journey in 2005 as a part-time dispatch assistant, moving into the role of Dispatch manager until I fell pregnant with my first child in 2013. I returned after maternity leave, taking on a new role as purchasing officer. This has been my role for the past 8 years, with another small break 4 years ago as I welcomed my second child. 

I have loved being a part of the Margifox Distributors journey and all of the great achievements throughout. We are so lucky to work with the most incredible brands in the world and I know they will forever be ingrained in me. The PurePressed Powder and Claytech Micro Exfoliator being my absolute Favs! 

My greatest LOVES outside of work are being a mama to my little family and enjoying the outdoors.

Starting in July 2013, my introduction to Margifox Distributors was as Dispatch Manager, where I still happily reside. I have so many amazing memories of my time here so far including our Christmas staff events, and special stockist events.

Choosing a favourite product is like choosing a favourite child but if I had to name a few it would be Environ A, C & E Oil, Super Moisturiser, Skin Essentia Pre-Cleansing Oil and Low-Foam Cleansing Gel. I can’t go past the jane iredale Glow Time BB Cream and Smooth Affair Primer. I’m also loving Skin Omegas from Advanced Nutrition Programme.

Outside of work I love spending time with my family (both human and furry)!

I joined Margifox Distributors in September of 2007 in the Dispatch Department and there I have remained - Customer Service is my thing! I love working with our stockists, our amazing products and our fantastic Margifox Distributors family.

My favourite products would be Gwen Triple Luxe Lipstick and Glow Time BB Cream from jane iredale. From the Environ range my favourites would have to be Youth Essentia Eye Gel, Body Oil and Derma Lac.

Outside of work I enjoy yoga, gardening, beach and bush walks and enjoying this beautiful part of the world that we live in.

My favourite Margifox Distributors memories are when I met Jane Iredale at our last Beauty Expo in Sydney and also meeting Dr Des Fernandes in Brisbane.

It's a blessing to have joined the Margifox team in beautiful Noosa and to be part of such a great company where we all share the same values for quality, integrity and excellence in customer service. My background is in quality assurance for hairdressing, beauty therapy, theatrical and media make-up, complementary therapies and nail services.

Products I’m loving at the moment are jane iredale Just Kissed Lip & Cheek Stain with the combination of olive oil and beeswax.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places on the Sunny Coast with my family, gardening and taking my energetic Border Collie to the beach!

I joined Margifox Distributors in 2024. What I love most about my job is the great team I work with & the fabulous products. My current favourite products at the moment are the Jane Iredale Just Kissed Lip & Cheek Stain & the Jane Iredale Beyond Lash Volumising Mascara. Outside of work I enjoy exploring the beautiful coastline & tending to my garden.

I joined Margifox Distributors in 2013 as the Marketing Assistant and had the rare opportunity to become the dual Marketing Manager and jane iredale Brand Manager in 2018.

I absolutely love the brands we work with, they are results-focussed and truly help people to fall in love with their skin and we hear about this daily through our amazing stockists and their customers. I’ve used Environ since I was 13, as my Mum stocked it in her salon in the UK where we grew up. I will remain an Environette for life - here’s to ageing backwards!

Coming from a background in Makeup Services and Marketing, I have been fortunate to join the beautiful team behind Margifox Distributors in 2022. In the time I have been here, I have met inspiring people and learned endless amounts of knowledge about our brands and our environment! Working alongside these brands has deepened my understanding of clean labels. Now, more than ever, I am an advocate of the movement.

Changing my makeup routine to clean beauty has been an amazing decision (and I’ve received lots of compliments). My current favourite products from jane iredale are the Glow Time Pro BB Cream and Pommist Hydration Spray – yes, my skin loves me for it too!

When I’m not deep-diving into the world of Margifox, marketing trends, and makeup, you can find me deep-diving into the ocean, painting or having a good ol’ boogie!

I joined Margifox Distributors in November 2020. What I love most about my role is the people I get to work with every day. Since starting my role I find each day is very different and I’m constantly learning new things.

My favourite product always changes but at the moment it would have to be the Environ Pre-Cleanse Oil and the Revival Masque. Perfect for those cooler months!    

Outside of work I enjoy being at the beach in the sunshine and exploring the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

Primarily, that culture focus was the draw for me joining the Margifox team, that and the wonderful holistic story of FEED, FORTIFY, FINISH – we really are “serious about skincare”.

I am an energetic, ambitious, customer-focused and enthusiastic leader with a wealth of multi-level experience across various global channels of the beauty industry. This experience includes people management, marketing, direct sales, commercial, wholesale and distribution channels. With over 35 years of beauty industry experience, I have been lucky enough to share and explore my creative passion for all things beauty. Spanning more than three decades, I have helped create and develop some of the world’s most iconic beauty brands.

During downtime, to keep my creative juices flowing, photography is my way of expressing my vision of people and places while documenting our precious time on planet Earth!

Margifox Distributors welcomed me to the team in mid-March 2023 as Sales Support to help support the National Sales Manager and Business Development team.

Each day I have the opportunity to engage with new and existing stockists and connect them to our highly experienced sales team.

Good health and wellbeing are incredibly important to me as well as being environmentally aware, which is why I am loving Advanced Nutrition Programme’s Skin Complete. 

Living in beautiful Noosa is conducive to a healthy lifestyle, which is why you’ll find me swimming, riding & running outside of work hours.

I am a beauty therapist with over 31 years of experience. I have owned multiple salons and spas from NSW to Noosa. In 2000 I was awarded two national awards by the Australian Professional Aesthetic Association, 'Salon most dedicated to education' and 'Salon of the Year'. 

I'm incredibly passionate about the beauty industry. I was first introduced to Environ in 2002 by Margifox Distributors and was a stockist for over 20 years. Every business I have owned since then has carried Environ and jane iredale.

I am obsessed with the Margifox ethos of looking after your skin through three different means: skincare, makeup and from the inside with vitamins.

I became a member of the MFD team in 2022 and have stepped onto the other side, where I work to support other stockists. I love being able to help salon owners with more insight and understanding of any issues they might be facing.

I joined the team at Margifox Distributors in August 2014 and this year marks 25 years in this amazing industry. I love what I do and am passionate about results driven skin products. I found my home with Environ Skin Care, Advanced Nutrition Programme and jane iredaleand the Feed, Fortify and Finish Philosophy.

Working with my clients to achieve their business goals makes my day - surrounding myself with those like minded skin nerds!

I love animals, of all kinds and am passionate about conversation, working in Africa as well as Australia on essential projects on wildlife conservation.

You will find me most days walking the beach with my fur baby and enjoying all that is beautiful Queensland.

I joined the Margifox team back in 2010 when my true passion for jane iredale began. I previously worked with conventional makeup ranges, so I am genuinely in love with this brand. I am passionate about educating women on the benefits of using 100% mineral makeup.

I took a few years out of the industry and am delighted to be back with the team supporting all three of our amazing skin-focused brands. jane iredale, Environ and Advanced Nutrition Programme are a dynamic trio!

My all-time favourite products are HydroPure Tinted Serum, Body EssentiA Derma-Lac Lotion & ACE Body Oil and Advanced Nutrition Programme Skin Ultimate.

When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my children and having 'coffee and park dates' with my five adorable grandkids. I'm also addicted to yoga, pilates, and days on the beach!

As a beautician, my passion has always been skin and well-being. I first fell in love with the jane iredale range at age 17. I continued to use the brand on myself and my clients when I opened my makeup business. In my business, I wanted not just to apply beautiful makeup but to have my client's skin feel amazing while wearing the makeup and at the end of the day after they have taken their makeup off.

I joined Margifox Distributors in 2017 as an educator for jane iredale and, in 2018, became a Business Manager for NSW. I am passionate about educating and supporting my stockists to help them succeed in their businesses.

I spend my spare time with friends and family. Mostly I enjoy taking my daughter to everything and anything we can get to, trying to show my young girl as much of this world as possible. During our adventures, you will always find me wearing PurePressed Powder in Golden Glow and Forever Pink Just Kissed Lip and Cheek Stain.

My skincare journey started when I received my Advanced Diploma in Health and Skin Care from Isa Carstens Academy, a world leader in the health and skincare industry.

I possess a holistic overview of the skincare profession with 15 years of experience in the skincare industry. Before joining Margifox as a Business Development Manager in Victoria, I was employed as a Business Consultant by Environ Distribution headquarters based in South Africa for the past five years.

I have a keen eye for beauty and a passion for helping others achieve radiant skin. Building meaningful relationships with my clients has been the cornerstone of my success.

Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is very important as I love spending time with my husband and two small kids.

I am enthusiastic and delighted to join Margifox Distributors and work with our timeless iconic brands in the beauty and medical industry.
 
My career spans over 38 years within the beauty, medical aesthetics, spa, wellness, and fitness industry. With strong business acumen and skill-stacking attributes, my career has seen me work in middle to senior management across the following channels: national, global, department store, pharmacy, retail, wholesale, distribution, management, training, and development. My entrepreneurial spirit allowed me to proudly own multi-site skin and wellness businesses between 1999 and 2021, which were sold and are currently still in operation.
 
Over the years, I have continued to ensure my education is current within the beauty and wellness industries. I have always had a strong curiosity for learning, which led me to pursue further education at the tertiary level in health science, nutrition, mental health, and business.
 
As a skin aesthetician and nutritional advisor, it brings me great pleasure to combine my love for the skin/gut axis and work with brands such as Environ and Advanced Nutrition Programme, which champion the importance of treating internally and externally for a great skin glow!
 
When not working or travelling, you will find me enjoying my life with the people who inspire me, including my two young adult children. I enjoy all things wellness, including breathwork and contrast therapy. My meditation is cooking and dancing in the kitchen!

I joined the amazing team at Margifox Distributors in 2017, and after two breaks in between having children, I could not be more grateful to be back doing what I love with products I adore and truly believe in. Being able to work alongside my incredible partners to achieve their business goals is so rewarding.
 
I love what I do because I get to empower women and men from all backgrounds with the power of makeup. Whether that's a natural look or something more glamorous, making someone feel more confident and beautiful and seeing their reactions and smiles is such a gift.

My favourite product would have to be our famous jane iredale Pure Pressed Base, it's by far the best powder I have and will ever use.

Out of work, I love keeping fit, drawing, entertaining my two toddlers, enjoying the beach and being out in nature.

I started my career in the beauty industry as a therapist over 18 years ago, and it’s been my home ever since. I always loved the connection you could forge with people just by having them lie down on the treatment table and shed their responsibilities, even if just for a 10min brow wax.
 
I spent the larger part of my career in New York working for prolific beauty companies. I’ve trained hundreds of therapists and retailers—some sparkly and glamorous, such as Barney’s NY, Goop in LA, Sephora HQ and five-star hotel spas around the world. But my heart lies with traditional salons and spas, training therapists who are dedicated to delivering quality treatments and expert skin advice to their clients.
 
I choose to work with brands that can instantly make a complexion more radiant whilst continually improving long-term skin health. This made it easy to join Margifox Distributors with their portfolio of efficacious brands (and genuinely wonderful people).
 
In my free time, I like to….wait, what free time? I have two young boys who keep me very busy! Right now, I appreciate the simple things—a good coffee, a nice glass of wine and an ocean swim when I can.

I have been a part of the Margifox Family since July 7, 2014. Beginning my career in VIC as a Business Development Manager, it quickly became clear that my passion for Education and Environ were best utilised as my role merged into the Environ National Educator and State manager.

There are many moments that I will always hold close to my heart, such as the time I spent performing Medical Needling alongside Dr Des Fernades on his Australian Tour in 2016.

It is really hard for me to choose only one favourite product, however I will never go without my Gold Roller and my favourite duo (ACE oil and Dermalac). But the product that changed my life and skin is the Mela-Prep Lotion.

I am now living on the Gold Coast and working as a Virtual Educator whilst caring for my two little kiddies.

Micaela is a professional makeup artist, and clean beauty enthusiast, who has been in the industry for over 20 years. Her business, The Holistic Makeup Artist focuses on making women feel and look great, simple, natural looks and non-toxic makeup. Trained both locally and overseas (London & New York), Micaela has worked for both big international (National Makeup Artist for Chanel Paris) and independent brands (Artist and Trainer for Becca Cosmetics). She has used, and loved, jane iredale on both herself and her clients for the past 7 years, using it to create countless gorgeous faces.

I have been part of the wonderful Margifox Distributors  team since 2013, working in the finance department.

We work with some great brands and although all the products are amazing, if I were to mention only a couple that I really love, it would have to be Smooth Affair Primer, Youth EssentiA Vita-Peptide Eye Gel and Skin Ultimate.

When I am not at work I enjoy going for walks with my dog, pilates and spending time with my family.

I began working for Margifox Distributors in 2005 as the office administrator.  After my return from maternity leave, I worked in dispatch part-time, I temporarily covered the purchasing officer role and then took up my current role as finance assistant.

These amazing brands that we distribute have so many great products.  My everyday go-to products would have to be the Skin EssentiA Cleansing Gel, the Glow Time BB Cream, Smooth Affair Primer & Brightener and the Black/Grey Eye Pencil, as I never venture far without my eyeliner on.

When not at  work, I am usually travelling the coast for my son’s soccer commitments, or we can be found at either the beach, the mountain bike tracks or a local skatepark.

I joined the Margifox Distributors  team in March 2017 in a part-time role in finance, then went on to working in dispatch for while, and finally here I am back in finance. I love being a part of the Margifox family and a cog in the wheel that keeps the wheel turning.

Outside of Margifox Distributors,  I am kept busy on my property with 4 horses, 2 dogs, chickens, ducks etc. Along with my 13 year old son and his sporting activities I am kept extremely busy. 

My go-to products are definitely the Skin EssentiA Low Foaming  Cleansing Gel, the Body Contour Cream, Skin Complete, Liquid Minerals and the Brunette Brow Gel (can’t leave the house without my Brows lol). I have seen how far Margifox Distributors has come in the short time I have been here and am excited to see how far we can go.

I joined Margifox Distributors in July 2019. Every day brings new challenges but it’s a great environment when you work with such a great group of people. 

I love that in my position there is no day the same. If I had to pick only one favourite from our range of makeup and skincare products, it would have to be the Vita-Antioxidant Hydrating Oil Capsules from Environ Skin Care. 

My favourite memories at Margifox Distributors so far would have to be the annual Christmas parties. It’s a chance for us to get together as a team and celebrate the year!
