“We find that building a relationship with our clients from the first moment they step inside helps them feel warm and welcome. This in turn builds trust and our clients want to keep coming back. We are also constantly growing our knowledge and skills through further training, which shows our clients our passion and dedication, and the importance of long-term dedication for results. We also keep thorough records and photos to show our clients their journey from the start.”
On making treatment plans feel personalised and achievable
“After creating our personalised treatment plans with our clients, we write these by hand (old school style) on our salon branded treatment planner, for our clients to take home, as well as sending a digital version and uploading onto their file. Our clients have access from home to this. We follow up with our clients regularly between appointments, provide gentle nudges and personalised text messages, to check their progress and provide guidance where needed.”
